What kind of photo should I upload?
Choose a clear, well-lit photo where your pet’s face is fully visible. Natural light works best.  Please upload a photo in either .jpg, .png or .gif format.

How long does it take?
We usually deliver your portrait within 5-7 working days after approval.

Will I receive a digital file?
No, we provide beautifully printed versions of your portrait. You can choose from unframed prints, framed prints, or canvas prints.

Can I request changes?
Absolutely! We’ll send you a preview of the finished portrait so you can request minor edits before we print and ship it.

Do you only do dogs and cats?
Not at all! We can create portraits of any animal, including rabbits, horses, birds, and more.
